Eczema is usually aggravated by underlying stress and emotional upheaval, which should also be adequately treated to bring about complete and permanent cure.

I used raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar (from a health food store) to treat my eczema. I took one tablespoon in a glass of water, 2-3 times daily, and within 3 days i had major results. One tablespoon makes the mixture very strong, so i would suggest starting with a lower dosage.
